Crys, one of my favorite people in the world, now runs the new Rosario Dawson Fanlisting. Currently there are only six other people on the list aside from her and I and I know there are more fans out there so please, support my friend, join the list. Sorry for the lack of updating but a girl has to work ya know? Don’t you fret kids I’ll make the best of upcoming time off to reinstall the last few odds and ends to this thing, cappishe?Anyway, Decent which I mentioned a small while back, is going to be produced by Rosario’s production company Trybe Films as well as MEGA Films’ Morris S. Levy. Filming is set to begin in September. In August 10th, Rosario is scheduled to do a lecture of sorts for the Learning Annex. You can find more information here. The appearance is $30 per person, and up until July 15th you can bring a friend for just $10 more. Register before all the spots fill up. Unlike I reported previous Rosario actually did join the rest of the cast out in Santa Fe to film a few shots for Rent. Her last scene was filmed at The Plaza in New Mexico, you can read more about it here.Speaking of Rent! Since the last update an official trailer has been released, and the official site was launched. There you can find bios, photos, and more information on the film. Be sure to check out the blog as well! It’s updated every Monday and Wednesday. The latest entry features a behind the scenes video featuring Rosario and according to the note the following update will also include another clip with Rosario so be sure to keep that site bookmarked. You can pre-order copies of the Warner Brother’s release Alexander from their official site. There are two versions available, the Director’s Cut and the Theatrical Release. There have been all sorts of rumors surrounding the versions one being that the Director’s Cut is shorter and removed the storyline of Alexander and Haphaestion being lovers as well as extended the nude scene between Colin Farrell and Rosario. How true that is I don’t know since I haven’t heard any reports from Oliver Stone himself. The official release date for the DVD is August 2, 2005.Also available for Pre-Order from Best Buy is Robert Rodriguez’s & Frank Miller ’s Sin City. Place your order here, I currently do not know the details of what extras will be available on the DVD but during press conferences at the release of the film Robert mentioned it being a multi-disk set in which you can watch the film as a whole or three seperate episodes. You can always count on Robert for adding a great deal of extras so I’m sure it won’t dissapoint.
