I know, I know, I’m behind

Hey everyone, sorry for the lack of updates. I promise to stay more on top of things over the next few weeks seeing as there will be more events featuring Rosario (including this upcoming Thursday with a much anticipated appearance on the Today Show).Anyway, I have received a few emails concerning the quality of the pictures I have in the gallery along with the tags placed on them. Instead of answering all of them I will just address it here and hope those who wrote in reads this. The pictures featured on this site are usually rare and hard to come by. They are either scanned by me or purchased from an image service through photographers. It’s quite expensive to keep up the demand you all have. The reason some are not as high quality or tagged is twofold. A) Bandwidth. Those of you who have been supportive of the site since the beginning know that we’ve shut down for long periods of time before due to the fact that the server couldn’t handle all your demands. So I moved to a larger (more expensive) server and there hasn’t been problems since. I’d like to keep it that way which is why the pictures hosted here are not always the highest resolution available. B) Money. Again, like I said, it’s an expensive thing to collect these photos, and without any donations or help I’m pretty much running this on my own. Photos are tagged to help promote the site so more fans can become aware of it. Also it’s due to the fact I’ve seen people post pictures from the gallery in message boards and the like and not credit this site, which is annoying since if you paid for something, it isn’t fair for everyone else to just pass it around for free. Hence the tag, automatic credit, and more exposure for me.I hope you all can understand why it is necessary. In the meantime I will do my best to update with recent events by the end of today as well as two photoshoots and a magazine spread from a 2000 issue of Urban Latino.Much Love, Joliz
