G-Unit front man 50 Cent will be honored by The Book Bank Foundation (BBF) at the annual Book Bank Foundation Hero Awards in New York. Slated for Dec. 12, the BBF’s Hero Awards honors the best in film, entertainment, sports and business, to benefit the national youth homeless advocacy and literacy work of the BBF. 50 Cent is being honored for his charitable contributions through his non-profit organization, The G-Unity Foundation. {nl}Fresh of the set of Quentin Tarantino’s “Grindhouse” feature “Death Proof”, Rosario Dawson has now joined the cast of Rob Zombie’s animated feature “The Haunted World of El Superbeasto”. Rosario plays Miss Velvet Von Black, the love of Dr. Satan’s (Paul Giamatti) life.Zombie is currently mixing a live album with producer Scott Humphrey for a tentative early 2007 release. As previously reported, Rob Zombie’s second feature film, “The Devil’s Rejects” was named “Best Horror Movie” at the Spike TV’s Scream Awards 2006, the first annual televised event which celebrates horror, sci-fi, fantasy and comic books. Zombie also picked up a Chainsaw Award for “The Devil’s Rejects”. The “Killer Movie” award, presented Oct. 15 to Zombie by Robert “Freddy Kruger” Englund, was part of the first televised “Fuse Fangoria Chainsaw Awards” to honor the best films and actors in the horror genre.

The SIN CITY star has often cooed about her man, a former model, in interviews. In one recent article, she gushed, “He’s just a wonderful human being.
