Philly-raised Mark Webber is doing postproduction work on Explicit Ills, the film shot here last summer/fall with Rosario Dawson about his life as a homeless boy. (Webber is a son of activist Cheri Honkala.) There’s talk that the drama will open at the South by Southwest Film Festival in Austin, Texas, in March, and will be screened at the Philadelphia Film Festival in April.
