Isabel II/Mima was a true Caridura!

In her own words written: 3-19-02 – 3:36 AM

When alone, my mind
soars and clearly
envisions the now
and the have been;
with one thought
in the future and
none for the past.

When in the
calmness of the
wee-hours when
my soul is at rest
I can look inside
me and can see
where I’ve been.

I don’t want to
go there, for it
all is the past,
I can’t repair now
all the fragmented
pieces, for who
can put together
what the wind
already scattered?

Now is my moment
for tomorrow I know
not; now is when my
spirit wants to
fly high; now I’ll
assemble all my dreams
in my heart and
find my way again
to when I was
naive & believed
the world was a well
of fortunes, happiness
and dreams.

Isabel
